Receiving of duplicate sent emails has become one of common problem with so many blackberry users. This issue is really not a big problem. All you have to do is follow the below steps and you are out of this problem. This problem is majorly occurred with Gmail or Google Mail. Generally Blacberry Smartphone is automatically configured with automatic forwarding email features which cause the receiving of sent emails on your inbox.
Here are the steps to eliminate and reallocate the Gmail features in Blackberry Phones.
- First of all sign in to GMAIL account
- Now go to SETTING option of GMAIL
- Click to Forwarding and POP/IMAP
- Now Enable the IMAP status
After completion of this process you need to sign in at internet service account of Blackberry to reintegrate the GMAIL.
There is a block emailing facility available on the Gmail which filters the emails while sending the mails to inbox. Here are the processes to create the filtering of emails.
- Go to the icon “Filter” which is available next to the Google mail. Then setup the filter so new mails don’t appear on your blackberry smartphone’s inbox.
- Fill in the box available on filter’s page i.e Name. (ex: put the sent emails ids here), Apply filters when with FROM field and fill contains option with Gmail id.
- Then choose Do not forward messages to device option.
- And finally click to ADD Filter option.
